Many photographers’ terms and conditions have small print which retains the copyright to the photos that their clients commission them to shoot. This enables them to make whatever additional charges they wish for printing, releasing digital negatives or licencing use of ‘their’ property.

HeartWork is different. We believe that when you commission a photographer, the images produced should be your property.

So our terms and conditions assign a perpetual licence for you to use the images we create for you in whatever way you wish- sharing, printing, re-editing etc. etc.

At no extra cost.  Ever.
